I’m Vanessa, a strategic thinker and operations lead with over a decade of experience in management, logistics, and behind-the-scenes execution. I’ve spent years helping businesses, ministries, and creatives bring structure to their ideas and excellence to their impact. From global account oversight to day-of event planning, I love turning moving parts into momentum.

My Story
With over 10 years of experience in operations and supply chain management, I’ve had the privilege of supporting global brands, startups, nonprofits, and creative entrepreneurs alike. I’ve worked closely with cross-functional teams to drive both day-to-day execution and long-term strategy — managing global accounts and leading operational initiatives for a luxury goods distributor in the corporate sector.
Over time, I discovered what I loved most: supporting vision. Partnering with people who are building something meaningful and just need the right kind of support to sustain it. Throughout my career, I’ve learned the value of precision, proactive planning, and clear communication — principles I carry into every project. Whether coordinating global logistics or helping nonprofit founders launch podcasts, clinics, and initiatives, my role has always been to listen, clarify, and execute the vision forward with excellence.
I’ve led internal operations across departments, implemented streamlined systems, hired and trained teams, and built structures that support both creativity and clarity. I hold a BBA in Operations Management and Analytics from Baruch College and continue to grow my skillset in systems and strategy by deepening my knowledge in SQL, Python, and project management.
Today, through Birch & Blue, I provide more than support — I deliver strategic operational partnership for forward-thinking visionaries, leaders, teams, and organizations.
